I Can Not Be Reasoned With.

Today, a story came across my news feed about how vitamins basically don’t do for you what you think they will and only give you very expensive pee.

And that news story reminded me I needed to take my vitamin.

I can’t be reasoned with.

And for the record vitamin naysayers, I like how neon yellow my pee is when I take my vitamins. It’s like peeing sunshine.

I take one every day, have since being diagnosed with a list of problems a few years ago. Couldn’t tell you if any of it works but psychologically it’s doing wonders for me. I’m healthy cuz I take my vitamins! yeh…

Only if you haven’t been drinking water and didn’t take a vitamin, in which case, get some hydration stat!

Hmmm… I guess it depends on how much u spend on everything u consumed during that day ;)

Vitamins are the best. Maybe it’s a complete placebo effect, but I totally feel better when I’m taking vitamins than when I’m not. Although, they do tell you not to take more than recommended, so that makes me think that vitamins DO work. (Like it’s bad for you to take too much Vitamin D, for instance).

Right On! The way I see it even if just a tiny bit of the vitamins get into my system its better than nothing
