No idea but sounds like something you could make pretty easily. Give it a try at home!

Just keep in mind that most restaurants will call them ‘breakfast burritos’ up here and then you will not be looked upon with bewilderment in our doe-y midwest eyes :)

For breakfast, you might have to choose between Cracker Barrel, Burger King/McDonals and IHOP.

    1. girlonthecontrary says:

Full discloser, I like Cracker Barrel, so I think I can live with that. :)

I’m pretty sure your only option will be Sonic… Like, for everything.

DONT WORRY, THERE ARE GOOD BREAKFAST TACOS IN LINCOLN!! Well, breakfast burritos. At a) Maggie’s Vegetarian cafe and b) Amigos. Don’t worry, all is well :). Although they prob won’t be Texas quality… But I think that’s just a reality we all have to face when living in the Midwest. When are you cats moving??

    1. girlonthecontrary says:

Haha – I should have texted you first. CRISES AVERTED.

I don’t think we have an exact data yet but it will be somewhere between July 19-28 probably. His first day is August 1st.

Wish I could help, but advising from India based on net reviews isn’t what you’re looking for, I think ;)

-wonders what a breakfast taco is- (is Australian)

    1. girlonthecontrary says:

It’s a taco, but for breakfast. In Texas this means a fresh flour tortilla filled with eggs, cheese, and bacon/chorizo. Or eggs, beans, potatos (called papas). Or eggs and veggies. Pretty much any combination you can think of plus loads of fresh salsa. They are basically my life force.

Sorry, I haven’t been checking my Twitter account (I’m sure that’s it… everybody ignored Twitter for the last few days). [I’m not from Nebraska so I’m not qualified to do more than Google that info, which I suspect you’ve already done.]

Oh – there has been Googling. So much Googling. :)
